Solid Brass Full Size
Working Sextant - 9.5"
This is a "real"
working sextant or very close to
'real' thing. Finely hand machined solid brass
sextant in mahogany cabinet. Has all the working parts and
mirrors
However, it has NOT been calibrated as far as we know and
thus we DO NOT recommend buying this to be used as a
reliable instrument for navigation.
Can be used to
take some good
global measurements and as an excellent teaching tool.
